John V. McBride (Jay)
Mr. McBride has been involved in the construction industry for thirty years. He owns and operates McBride Company, LLC, a construction company, with revenues in excess of $12 million. Primarily focused on commercial construction, Mr. McBride has built in the state of Tennessee since 1978. He also provides construction management services. He has experience managing drug stores, retail centers, offices, medical centers and industrial buildings.

G. Todd Johnson
Mr. Johnson has been involved in the printing industry for 20 years until 1997. He was the operating/managing partner in the Tennessee and Western Pennsylvania area Kinko's. He began his career just out of college in Columbus, Ohio. He worked his way through the ranks of Kinko's from a part-time position to part owner of all the Kinko's in Tennessee and Western PA. Mr. Johnson began developing in 1985 when he partnered with a couple of developers in the Pittsburgh area to build 9 retail strip centers to house Kinko’s and additional tenants. In 1997 Mr. Johnson teamed up with Mr. McBride to combine both their different skills to create TJ Development & Management.
